Recovering from a brain injury comes with unique challenges, both physically and mentally. Having personally experienced a brain injury, I understand the neurological symptoms that can impact behaviour, motivation, and attitude toward exercise. My approach is designed to support and guide clients through their rehabilitation journey with empathy, expertise, and structure.

I work closely with clients, case managers, and occupational therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), ensuring a tailored and protected approach to rehabilitation. By sharing progress reports and reviews, I help safeguard clients’ well-being while keeping all necessary professionals informed.

Building strong relationships and trust is at the core of my coaching. I create an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered, helping them regain confidence in their mobility and abilities. My own journey serves as proof that there is life after a brain injury, and I use my experience to inspire and motivate clients every step of the way.

  • I have hands-on experience working with individuals recovering from brain injuries, both through my private coaching and within the client community at Rehabilitate Therapy Ltd. My expertise allows me to create rehabilitation programmes that focus on mobility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall well-being.

  • 1️⃣ Initial Zoom Meeting – A short call to introduce ourselves and discuss your rehabilitation goals.
    2️⃣ Client Consultation & Assessment – Reviewing your needs, abilities, and any medical considerations. Consent forms and T&Cs will be sent for review.
    3️⃣ Free Introductory Gym Session (1 Hour) – Assessing movement, strength, and mobility to tailor the programme to your abilities.
    4️⃣ Session Bookings & Invoicing – Scheduling training sessions and finalising costs.
    5️⃣ Customised Workout Plan – Developing a structured programme aligned with your goals and rehabilitation needs.

  • ✅ Guidance in the Gym – Teaching proper form and technique to build confidence and ensure safety.
    ✅ Progressive Training Techniques – Helping clients improve balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and hypertrophy through carefully structured workouts.
    ✅ Weekly Check-ins – Providing support via email, text, or phone calls as needed.
    ✅ Monthly Progress Reviews – Revisiting goals, tracking progress, and adjusting the programme when necessary.
    ✅ Nutritional Advice – Offering guidance to complement your physical rehabilitation.

    My goal is to help clients rebuild their strength, regain their independence, and feel in control of their recovery. With the right coaching, support, and dedication, real progress is possible.

    • 1 session per week – £460

    Neuro Rehab Clients

    Professional treatment time £40.00 per hour

    Professional administration time (charged per 15 minutes) at £10.00

    Travel time £40.00 per hour (charged in 15 minute increments)

    Miles charged at 50p per mile

    Payments must be made within 30 days of the session. After this a 20% addition may be made.
